Silvia grew up in Galicia, Spain where she was a high level rythmic gymnast for 13 years. She represented Spain in AGG world championship Finland.
Her gymnastics training gave her contorsion, acrobatic and hula hoop skills.

In this platform you will have access to specific coaching videos, specific condictioning training and other tools to learn safetly new tricks.
